Take the simple square shape as an example:

Firstly, we need a double-shaft automatic cutting machine with multi disc. 

This machine can help you cut a big tile ( like 600x600mm or 800x800mm) into many small pieces of tiles (like 50*600mm, 75x600mm).

Secondly, we need a single head auto tile cutting machine with multi disc, to cut the strips tile into small square shapes.

Third, assemble the mosaic chips with the paving molds, and glue the net or mesh on the back of the mosaic.
